Return & Exchange Policy

We are fully committed to complying with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 to ensure that you receive all your legal rights.

You have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring additional costs.
In case of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the product specifications, the return or exchange period is extended to 30 days.
If you change your mind, such as requesting a different size or color for personal reasons, you may return or exchange the product within 14 days, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition as received.
- The original tags/labels are still attached.
- The product has not been washed or worn.

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products that have been specially customized or made according to the customer's request.
Products that have been opened or used in a way that affects their nature or violates applicable public health requirements.

In the case of a valid legal return, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method or another method agreed upon with the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.

The customer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs when requesting a size or color change for personal reasons.
The store will cover all shipping costs when the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or wrong size.
